Put a Bangin’ Donk On It!

I apologise on my behalf that the website design has completely gone wrong yes I know that the sidebar is quite big and doesn’t fit inline with the image like it did when I put it up. But the footer decided to do it’s own thing and start to position itself halfway through my pages with shorter content! I will fix it before the end of this week… if anybody knows how to solve this problem feel free to comment this blog. Oh btw, when the sidebar was inline I put in the sidebar bit in my CSS float: left; so it made it go inline if that helps anyone trying to solve it or whatever. I might just re position the whole thing because I was looking at my website on an Apple Computer (hah, I went in the Apple store in Manchester just to piss them off) you wouldn’t believe how badly positioned my site was, like slap bang in the middle the monitor was the biggest monitor I’ve ever seen though aha.

In other news, I started school today my, I’m in Year 10 eek :| my last two years at my high school god, how it has flown by! it feels like only yesterday I was just a small timid little Year 7 with the words alert in my mind “that the world’s your Oyster” from Primary School. Ahaha. I’m happy with my timetable at least. All throughout today I had nothing but Health and Social (I have this all one day thing once a week) haha I was getting quite bored it was like being stuck in prison (we was in the same room) but least we got to use these new laptops well not technically laptops as you had to use a desktop mouse and keyboard as the laptops were level at our shoulders which I found incredibly stupid. Laptops are meant (well not literally) to be on your lap hence the name Laptop as it is a portable computer so you can position it/put it where ever you want. But, this is the country that is wrapped in Cotton Wool over silly stupid things. Now I’m all for Health and Safety issues but there really is no use in Laptop being a Laptop if all you’re going to do is use it as a desktop computer.

Sorry, I’m an awkward person if you haven’t already have guessed.

ps. My blog title is from a song called ‘Put A Donk On It’ by Blackout Crew it’s excruciatingly annoying but very catchy. Once you’ve over played it so many times.

I’m losing my touch.

Update: what the hell? sorry I’ve only just noticed that the footer is all higgley piggley on various pages with shorter content, bear with me… I’m trying to sort it out.

This is probably like the third layout that I’ve done for this site this year. Yes really. I’m not sure about it to be honest… these days I’m not sure what to do just to please people. You see sites (that I’m very fond of and I do actually learn a lot from them) that slate other sites for bad coding and celebrity graphic re-distribution and then these so called web designers comment back saying “you’re mean” blah blah blah “my site’s for me and only me” the more they fight back, the more the drama.

What they don’t seem to realise is that what they’re only doing is helping them yes, as harsh as the criticism may be that’s thrown at you, you have to take it in one way or another because how else are you supposed to learn? it’s happened to me before and my god was I mad but you know when I actually calmed down and actually cared to take in note of what the person was saying I realised that she was right about my website the coding was ultimately shit.

I’m fourteen now. I’ve been doing this for about three years. I’ve seen sites with the web designers older than me that get slated for poor coding, using celeb images etc etc. I don’t want to be any of those. I want to get to grips with proper web designing and that’s why I’m learning to get better. I’m slowly getting to grips with XHTML and more of PHP and as soon as I get photoshop back I’ll be using that as the base for web designing.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not slating any sites that do articles on website that are badly coded. I actually like going to them websites because it really does help me a lot more as I’ve said previously. Blahh…

In other news, a guy from the party I was at (the one where I did an all nighter, 2nd August 2008) actually died on the 9th August tragically, from a motorbike accident. I never knew the guy personally I wasn’t upset but I was more shocked than anything. If I could go back in time I’d go back to that night and tell him to stop riding his motorbike otherwise he’d die on the 9th August. Hmm.. I always think of that, I always think of what would have happened if I’d have said this, I’d have said that… maybe an article would soon follow up on that ;).

Oh and I’ve started on some smiles for ya’ll and yes I will complete them before I go on holiday!

Yep I’m back, wordpress just can’t get enough of me babeh! I managed to save my previous blogs most of them anyway, I think that they’re in order. I’ve done all of my pages  and alls I need to do now is to upload the theme :)

hold up… this is wordpress 2.6? sheesh, where was I when this was released?

this is wordpress 2.6 you must update now to 2.7

that’ll be on my dashboard in about 4 weeks.

So anyway  there’s nothing much really to blog about seeing as I only blogged a couple of days ago at my wordpress blog. I am going to be making drastic improvements on this website starting with my own design because I’ve spent so long on pre made layouts, all on how to code the design/making the design is slowly beginning to dissapear but I promise you I definately will do do something before I go away I am working on my photography section and on the articles one and who know I might throw in some smilies as well haha.

And what’s this about Peaches Geldof getting married?  I can’t stand that girl and I bet most of you don’t even know who she is well, she’s like Britain’s answer to Paris bleedin’ Hilton just because her ‘daddy’ is Bob Geldof oh wow buzzin.  Weird how she says she didn’t get famous just for sharing his name when it’s pretty obvious she did because she has no other talent whatsoever and NO ONE can comment this blog saying she HAS talent oh right what DJ’ing? CUZ THARR’S LYKK A REALLL TALENNT! Moron.

I mean c’mon Britney Spears was an exception as well.. that’s just Britney being Britney I suppose but that’s for publicity all what Peaches is doing.

I’ll give them a month tops.

100 things to do before I die,

This would probably take about a century to do knowing me and my laziness.

Heh heh, just playin with cha’ )

1. Visit Jamaica, no doubt about that one then eh? In fact, I know I’m definitely going, I get some compensation money when I’m 18 so I’ll be sure to book a holiday to the Caribbean!

2. Visit and travel Russia - I’ve always loved the sight of that country even though it is freezing!

3. Learn Russian. Or have some knowledge of the language.

4. Meet a celebrity - preferably Russell Brand or Morrissey would do me fine.

5. Bungee Jump off a cliff.

6. Go Paragliding.

7. Visit the pyramids of ancient Egypt, I never got the chance whilst I was on holiday there, Sharm El Sheikh is far away from Luxor and Cairo.

8. Go to Alton Towers.

9. Visit Madame Tussauds either in London or New York.

10. Spend a year travelling from country to country - I’m supposed to be taking a gap year out if I go to Uni.

11. Own a Pug haha, I love them dogs!

12. Dye my hair an unusual colour i.e Pink.

13. Overcome my fear of clowns.

14. Have my navel pierced and I am possibly considering having my tongue done when I’m 18 or over 18.

15. Get a tattoo.

16. Visit my family in Australia and spend a couple of months there.

Music: Step On - Happy Mondays

I’m out of bleedin’ ideas, but my creativity of my layouts will be back.. sooner or later

This pre made layout is okay I guess it’s kinda summery and I like that :), I still need to modify it a bit here and there if you’re wondering where my twitter’s gone the script started going really weird on the sidebar (possibly to do with it not being XHTML friendly) I’ll put a link up on the Girl section when Twitter has stopped crashing every time I log in, eurgh.

I went to a Chinese Buffet Restaurant in Chinatown, Manchester to celebrate my friend’s birthday on Friday and let me tell you the food was delicious! following my last stint at a Chinese Restaurant in my hometown to celebrate New Year didn’t really go down too well, I thought it was going to be another disaster ahead of me. The food at the New Year one wasn’t really my scene they had a plate of RIBS in front of me. Ew. Ribs. Now you know how I’m so picky with meat and poultry well, I find Ribs absolutely disgusting and I cannot see how anyone can sit there and chew and lick the meat off the bone *shudders* makes me sick just to think about it. Same thing goes to KFC Bargain Bucket, Chicken Wings and Chicken Legs if anyone eats that in front of me I have to sit somewhere else, the look of the Chicken is horrible. I don’t really like KFC anyway, but I find that disgusting.

I should really be a vegetarian.

Anyway,  enough about food so yeah, it was really nice and I enjoyed it haha I was putting the chopsticks in my mouth so I looked like a Walrus sorry, I found that amusing ) I took some pictures of the food for my photography which will feature in Food and Cuisine that will be a new section added  woo!
